End User License Agreement (EULA)

This EULA governs your use of PedigreeHQ software.

License

You are granted a revocable, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use PedigreeHQ for a single rabbitry across all devices owned or operated by that rabbitry.

Software Updates

PedigreeHQ reserves the right to push updates, modify features, or make changes to the software at any time without requiring prior user permission. Continued use of the software constitutes acceptance of any updates or modifications.

Restrictions

You may not:

  • Copy or resell the software
  • Replicate UI, workflows, or data schemas
  • Reverse engineer the genetics or pedigree logic
  • Create derivative works
  • Share login credentials with others (one license = one user/rabbitry)
  • White-label or resell the Service to third parties
  • Use the Service to provide services to others for commercial gain

Intellectual Property

All software, designs, algorithms, and branding are owned by Hazard Software Services LLC.

Data Ownership

You retain ownership of your content and records. PedigreeHQ retains ownership of all platform technology.

Termination

This license terminates automatically upon violation of this agreement or termination of your account or subscription.

Disclaimer & Liability

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS."

PEDIGREEHQ IS NOT LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.

Governing Law

This EULA is governed by Indiana law.
